We are an “employer integrated” provider of instant pay and other financial wellness benefits. Our mission is to kill payday loans and other predatory financial products. We are part of QED (Capital One founders), which is the #1 fintech investment group and the most-active group globally in the employer-integrated instant pay space.

How does Rain work?

Rain provides instant pay (a.k.a. earned-wage access) to employees through an app. We make earned-wage payments without the employer deploying capital. The  employer reimburses Rain via a payroll deduction as part of the regular pay cycle. Alternatively, the employee repays Rain via an auto debit when salaries are paid.

How does an employee user access Rain?

The employee user simply has to download the app and create an account and enter the correct employer information. Once onboarded, they will see their accessible accrued salary in the app. They can select the amount needed & get it transferred to their bank account instantly.

What does an employer have to do to offer Rain

Rain handles all the heavy lifting for you. You just have to sign the contract. The onboarding process doesn't take long (at the most it can be set up in 20 minutes). We'll even send you the materials you need to communicate this new benefit to your employees!
