Subject: Updation of KYC - Aadhaar document for your Rain app account
Thank you for being a loyal customer of Emerald Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited. We hope that the Salary Advance facility availed by you through Rain App, is enabling you in managing your finances better and timely repayments on the amounts withdrawn, will further help you improve your credit history and the credit score.
Post review of your loan account, it has been observed that in line with the RBI guidelines on KYC requirements, your Aadhar updation and authentication is pending. We request you to please complete the Aadhar document upload and verification process on the Rain App. This will ensure that your KYC information is up to date and you continue to avail the Salary Advance facility.
Please follow the instructions as mentioned below:
1. Update the Rain App from Google Play Store (if not already updated)
2. Sign into the app using your registered mobile number
3. Tap on “Transfer” on the Home screen
4. Start a transfer by choosing any amount
5. You will be asked to do the KYC Verification and will be directed to the DigiLocker screen. DigiLocker is the authorized service provider for KYC verification.
6. Follow the steps once you are on the DigiLocker screen
7. Complete the KYC process
8. Post successful completion, you would be guided to accept the Loan terms and conditions again and then you can proceed for further withdrawal.
Please ensure that your Pan card is linked to the Aadhar, which is a mandatory requirement.
You are kindly requested to complete the KYC process by 31/12/2022, in order to continue with the Salary advance facility and subsequent withdrawals.
