You have availed a Salary Advance facility from Emerald Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited, CIN: L65993CH1 983PLC041774 a public company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013 and is also registered as an non-banking financial company under the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and having its registered office at SCO 7 Industrial Area, Phase 2 Chandigarh 160002 via its authorised Loan Service Provider and Digital platform Rain, which is valid for a period of 12 months from the agreement date.

In lines with the latest RBI guidelines on Digital Lending, we would like to inform you that w.e.f. 01/12/2022, specific terms and conditions in the loan agreement, have been updated. These changes have an impact to the previously signed Loan agreement by you, in the following ways: 

1. W.e.f. 01/12/2022, the existing Loan agreement with Emerald Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited will be closed prematurely and on your next withdrawal, we will ask you to accept the Loan Agreement with the updated terms. However, there is no impact on your already approved Loan limits and withdrawal terms.
2. Once the new Loan agreement is duly signed by you, all future withdrawals and repayments will be governed by the new Loan agreement and the same shall be reported to all the Bureaus by Emerald Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited.
