What is Rain?

Rain is an earned wage access platform that allows employers to offer their employees on-demand access to up to 50% of the funds they have earned in the current pay period. Employees can easily advance their funds by using our Rain Instant Pay app.

How does Rain work?

Rain easily integrates with existing payroll and timekeeping systems, funds the advances using its own capital, and administers the 100% voluntary program for employees, with very little lift on behalf of the employer partner. After the scheduled payday, Rain recovers the advanced funds through an employer-facilitated payroll deduction - the only method compliant with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
