Rain has an in-house Implementation Professional Services Organization (PSO) composed of senior industry experts with experience implementing the largest enterprise HCM platforms.
Project Management
Rain’s PSO handles all aspects of the project—facilitating kickoff, discovery, stakeholder meetings, and managing milestones and deliverables. A company’s employees can start using the Rain App in as little as 45 days.

Each project has a dedicated implementation manager throughout the entire process to create a smooth, straightforward, and timely experience.
Hypercare
Implementation does not end with the benefit launch. Rain will continue to monitor and provide support for at least 2 pay cycles following go-live, ensuring that the system is performing as expected and that all integrations are running successfully.
