General

What is this benefit?

We are a third-party app partnering with your employer to offer early access to a portion of your earned wages before payday. This benefit provides financial flexibility to cover unexpected costs or emergencies.

How do I deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account, first log out of the app and then uninstall it from your device. This action will not affect your regular paychecks or any ongoing financial arrangements. If you also want your data deleted, you'll need to reach out to our user care team.

How does this work?

We receive work hours and pay rates from employers to calculate and update available earnings once approved. Employees with available balance can choose between instant withdrawals to their debit card (with a fee) or free ACH transfers to their bank account. Funds withdrawn before payroll are adjusted down from the next paycheck, offering financial flexibility with transparent processing.

Why are my hours pending?

Pending hours may occur if you've self-reported them, requiring employer approval (which isn't available for all users and usually takes up to 24 hours). If you don't self-report, the delay in balance updates is likely due to the time it takes for your employer to send your hours to us, which can range from 4 to 24 hours. We are actively working to improve the speed and accuracy of these balance updates.

What determines my earned wage access amount?

We provide early access to a portion of your earned wages, not your complete paycheck. The amount visible in the app is a percentage designated by your employer for early withdrawal. For questions about your full paycheck, including adjustments and total earnings, contact your manager or HR department, as we are a separate benefit from your employer's payroll.

Signup and Login

I'm getting an "existing account" message in the app. What does this mean, and how do I proceed?

Seeing an "existing account" message during registration could mean you're using the wrong email or phone number, so verify it matches your employer's records. If you previously used this benefit with another employer, you'll need to register with a new, unused email address and phone number for your current job. Providing a fresh email address and phone number to your current employer will create a separate account for your new employment.

What steps should I take if the app says my information cannot be found?

Accurate contact information, like the email address and phone number provided during hiring, is crucial for verifying your employment with your employer's payroll system. If your email address or phone number is not recognized, double-check the information you initially provided to your employer. Matching these details ensures a smooth verification process and uninterrupted access to our services.

Am I eligible to use the app?

Employers often inform new hires about this benefit during onboarding, explaining how to access earned wages early. If you haven't received this information, contact our support team to check if your company is a partner.

What is the process for using the benefit after switching to a new employer?

We serve employees of partnered companies; if your new employer is also a partner, you'll need a new account. Use a unique email address and phone number associated with your new employer to ensure proper integration and separation from previous accounts. We're here to support you through this transition, ensuring continued access to our services with your new workplace.

What is the process for transferring my account access to a new device or updating my phone number?

For a new device, a verification code via text will grant access. If you have a new number, additional verification like the last 4 digits and expiration of your card, last withdrawal amount, and zip code on file may be required. After five failed attempts, contact user care for assistance.

Balance

When does my balance update?

Your available earnings are updated for early access after receiving wage and timekeeping data from your employer. This data transfer can occur as frequently as every few hours, though it may take up to 24 hours after you clock out. If your balance doesn't update after 24 hours, contact user care for assistance.

Will my balance update on the weekend?

Available earnings are scheduled to update daily, including on weekends, though the process can take up to 24 hours. Some users may notice slight delays in weekend updates due to technical or operational factors, especially around holidays. Rest assured, the system is designed to catch up and reflect all changes accurately.

Why isn't my balance updating?

If your earned wages aren’t showing, it may be due to the end of a pay period, which resets your balance and rolls any unwithdrawn funds into your next paycheck. If you’ve worked during the current period but don’t see your updated balance, the app may need more time to process the update. If the issue continues for over 24 hours, contact our user care team via email, phone, or in-app chat for assistance.

Withdrawals

How do I make a withdrawal?

A withdawal can be made by tapping the "Cash Out" button on the home screen. Users can choose an instant withdrawal with a fee or a free ACH transfer. ACH transfers generally take 1-2 business days to process.

What is my withdrawal limit?

Withdrawal eligibility depends on employer guidelines, requiring staying within the allowed withdrawal count and maintaining a set minimum balance. The app displays the remaining withdrawal count under your balance if you're approaching your limit, for easy tracking. This transparency helps users manage their finances within their employer's set limits.

How can I add payment methods to my account?

After account creation, the app guides you to add your debit card or bank account information. While most providers are supported, some may not be compatible, and using an alternative card is suggested if issues arise. The user care team is available to help with any questions or difficulties in linking payment methods.

Why did my withdrawal fail?

Withdrawal issues can often be resolved by verifying the linked card is in your name, unexpired, and authorized for transactions with our service by your card provider. Ensure your card's billing address matches the address in the application, especially after a recent move. If the issue persists, consider using an alternative card. Our user care team is available to provide further assistance for unresolved transaction problems.

How long do ACH transfers for depositing funds typically take to process and become available in my account?

ACH transfers for depositing funds typically take 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to allow for bank processing and verification. This reliable method ensures secure transfer of funds between accounts. Understanding this timeline helps users manage their financial expectations for direct deposits.

What determines the limitations on my withdrawal amounts and how often I can withdraw funds through the app?

Limitations on withdrawal amounts and frequency are determined solely by your employer's policies. We cannot alter these employer-set parameters regarding accessible wages or the number of withdrawals per pay period. The app operates within the guidelines established by your employer for financial access.
