Rain, an AI Financial Health Platform, has been elevated to Platinum partner status in ADP Marketplace’s partner program for fiscal year 2027. The milestone reflects Rain's track record of operational excellence and seamless integration for ADP® clients throughout fiscal year 2026.

Rain's earned wage access model runs on a payroll deduction approach rather than a repayment chase. Wages accessed through Rain are reconciled before payroll runs, so ADP processes a single deduction line item, taxes and withholdings stay accurate and employees see one deposit that matches their pay stub every time. The model requires no new bank account, no change to direct deposit and no added lift for the payroll team running the process every cycle.

"Platinum partner status is the highest tier that partners can achieve in the current ADP Marketplace partner program and is a reflection of the work our team has put into building an integration that payroll teams can actually trust," said Shohan Rahman, VP of Sales and Partnerships at Rain.

For HR and payroll leaders evaluating earned wage access, Rain's status is one additional signal of integration reliability at scale, along with the company's 50% cap on earned wages accessed, which ensures employees can never draw more than they have earned or receive a zero paycheck.
